I am writing you to let you know how much I am enjoying the puppy I purchased from ya’ll in January 2008. His official name is ‘Huntfield’s Redcoat Ruger’. “Ruger” is from the litter of Sam & Kate II. I have trained “Ruger” myself over the past year. He learns very fast and has a great hunting drive. “Ruger”has achieved the UKC title of “Seasoned Retriever”. I plan on entering some UKC Finished hunt tests in hopes of his achieving the title of “Hunting Retriever Champion”. I have attached a picture of “Ruger” with his UKC hunt test ribbons and one of him during the hunting season this past year. “Ruger” is a great companion and hunting dog.
